Question:

Dr Neo Kok Beng: To ask the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment whether PUB would consider opening the Fort Canning Service Reservoir area for public access and leisure activities.

 Answer:

The Fort Canning Service Reservoir stores treated drinking water before it is piped to consumers. As such, it is a protected area that cannot be opened for public access and leisure activities.
